    • Undergraduate tickets are available for currently enrolled undergraduate students. Valid proof of student status must be submitted at the time of registration. Accepted proof includes a current student ID or official enrollment certificate.
    • Postgraduate tickets are available to participants who already hold a dental degree and are currently enrolled in a recognized postgraduate or residency program at a university or hospital (e.g. specialty training, residency program, MSc or PhD program in dentistry or dental science). Valid proof of postgraduate status must be submitted at the time of registration. Accepted proof includes an official enrollment or confirmation letter from the university or hospital, a residency or training contract/appointment letter, or a confirmation letter or email from the program director on institutional letterhead.
  2. The group discount is available until 30th Sep, 2026 for groups of minimum 10 delegates. Group registration means that you will receive one collective invoice, and the payment for the entire group is handled by the designated group coordinator.

Yes, students or newcomers to the field can get the ticket for a discounted price per person.
Valid proof of study must be provided during the registration process; you will be prompted to do so when selecting a student ticket. Please note that any abuse or provision of a false documents of study may result in the ticket purchase amount not being fully refunded. Osstem Europe s.r.o. reserves the right to reduce the amount paid by administrative, transaction, and conversion fees.

A ticket to the Symposium provides an experience of the entire event. We want to offer symposium visitors a complete program for both days without any limitations. The exceptions are the gala dinner and hands-on courses, which take place outside the symposium program and require separate tickets.

We are not considering this option during the early bird ticket sales phase, as we are currently offering the maximum possible discounts. You do not pay anything extra when purchasing tickets separately. Please note that tickets for the Gala Dinner are limited!

Furthermore, under local laws, VAT on educational symposiums may be deductible, while gala dinners are considered entertainment and VAT is non-deductible. You therefore have the option of deducting VAT reversibly, depending on the legal regulations in your country.

We are happy to assist participants with recommendations regarding travel to Prague. Please note that travel to and from Prague is not included in the ticket price. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation, and travel costs are non-refundable by Osstem Europe.

Yes, the Holiday Inn Prague hotel with 254 rooms is located next to the Prague Congress Centre. Opposite the congress centre is Grand Hotel Prague Towers. In general you can find:

  • 17.000 rooms reachable within a 10-minute public transport ride

Prague is generally known for its hospitality and excellent infrastructure. Local hotels can accommodate more than 98.000 guests in more than 45.000 rooms.

Žofín Palace is located on Slovanský ostrov (Slovanský Island), directly next to Národní divadlo (National Theatre).

  • By metro, take linka B (Metro line B – yellow) to Národní třída (National Avenue station).
  • From there, change to a tram or walk towards Národní divadlo (National Theatre).
  • If taking a tram, ride to Národní divadlo (National Theatre) stop.
  • From Národní divadlo (National Theatre), walk towards Most Legií (Legions Bridge) and cross the bridge to Slovanský ostrov (Slavic Island).

Žofín Palace is located directly on the island and can be reached within a few minutes on foot.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the original purchaser to ue.metsso@cio (including attendee name(s) and order/invoice number) and will be processed based on the date of receipt (CET/CEST).

For the Main Event (13–14 November 2026), cancellations received on or before 14 September 2026 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee minus a €50 administration fee per order; cancellations received from 15 September 2026 to 13 October 2026 will be refunded 50%; cancellations received from 14 October 2026 to 29 October 2026 will be refunded 25%; cancellations received on or after 30 October 2026, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% and are non-refundable.

The Pre-Congress Hands-On Course (12 November 2026) is separately bookable and follows its own cancellation terms: cancellations received on or before 12 September 2026 will be refunded 100% of the course fee minus a €50 administration fee per order; cancellations received from 13 September 2026 to 12 October 2026 will be refunded 50%; cancellations received on or after 13 October 2026, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. The course will be automatically cancelled if the total number of participants does not reach 15, and all customers who have made a payment will be fully refunded.

Substitutions (name changes) may be accepted at no charge up to 30 days before the respective start date, subject to badge/seat availability and eligibility (e.g., student rates). Refunds will be credited only to the person/entity who paid the original registration/course; reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded.

If Osstem Implant cancels the Main Event and/or the Pre-Congress Hands-On Course, participants will be reimbursed the full amount paid for the cancelled registration/course (including any official add-ons purchased through the registration system). Osstem Implant will not reimburse travel or accommodation expenses, including airfare, hotel, visa costs, or related incidentals; attendees are responsible for making their own arrangements and are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance. In the event of postponement or circumstances beyond reasonable control, Osstem Implant may offer a transfer to a new date and/or a credit toward a future event; if the attendee cannot reasonably attend the new date, a refund will be provided where required by applicable law, and any refund (where permitted) may exclude non-coverable third-party processing fees. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory rights under applicable law (including consumer protection laws where applicable).
