A ticket to the Symposium provides an experience of the entire event. We want to offer symposium visitors a complete program for both days without any limitations. The exceptions are the gala dinner and hands-on courses, which take place outside the symposium program and require separate tickets.
We are not considering this option during the early bird ticket sales phase, as we are currently offering the maximum possible discounts. You do not pay anything extra when purchasing tickets separately. Please note that tickets for the Gala Dinner are limited!
Furthermore, under local laws, VAT on educational symposiums may be deductible, while gala dinners are considered entertainment and VAT is non-deductible. You therefore have the option of deducting VAT reversibly, depending on the legal regulations in your country.
We are happy to assist participants with recommendations regarding travel to Prague. Please note that travel to and from Prague is not included in the ticket price. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation, and travel costs are non-refundable by Osstem Europe.
