- Developed and launched the “Integrated Dental Management Software (Hanaro)”

- Established local subsidiary in Germany (Eschborn)
2006
- Renamed the company Osstem Implant Co., Ltd.
- Completed the first-phase of overseas subsidiaries (12 countries)

- Established the Bone Science Research Institute
- Produced and launched HIOSSEN Implants (USA) in the US

- Launched a new Dental Unit and Chair (K3)
2014
- Selected as a 2014 World Class 300 project company (Ministry of Knowledge Economy)
2015
- Awarded the “50 Million Dollar Export Tower” on National Trade Day
2016
- Acquired Cardiotech Co., Ltd. and renamed the company to Osstem Cardiotech Co., Ltd.
- Acquired Hubit Co., Ltd.
2017
- Launched Dental CT (T1) and Panorama imaging (P2) systems
- Completed the second-phase of overseas subsidiaries (13 countries)
2018
- Awarded the “100 Million Dollar Export Tower” on National Trade Day
- Established the Dental Interior Research Institute
2019
- Opened a production plant in Yancheng, China.
2020
- Certified as an innovative medical device company (Ministry of Health and Welfare).
- Relocated the head office and Central Research Institute to the Magok Industrial Complex in Seoul.
- Opened comprehensive dental portal “DENALL.”
2021
- Launched a new TV advertising campaign.
- Became the no. 1 seller of implants in the world for the fifth consecutive year (2017~2021).
- Opened a European subsidiary (total: 30 overseas subsidiaries in 26 countries).
- Established Osstem Interior Co., Ltd.
- Launched premium unit chair product K5, and awarded the Presidential Award at the Good Design Award.
2022
- Reached KRW 1 trillion in revenue (KRW 1.534 trillion by the end of 2022).
- Premium unit chair K5 awarded a Main Prize at the 2022 iF Design Award.
