Benefits of the OneGuide Kit

The Osstem OneGuide Kit empowers clinicians to achieve predictable guided surgery via patient-specific, 3D-printed templates. It simplifies implant planning and execution, helping visualize anatomical limitations and crown space before placing the abutment—offering higher accuracy and safety.

Why It Matters for Clinicians

Guided surgery should be precise—but often it’s cumbersome and expensive. The Osstem OneGuide Kit offers a streamlined, stent-free guided workflow that is reliable and easy to integrate into everyday practice. Dental surgeons benefit from:

  • Reduced seating and surgical time
  • Enhanced placement accuracy and angulation preservation
  • Lowered risk of procedural deviation or thermal injury
  • Improved restoration fit and crown space planning
  • A simplified digital-to-clinic process aligning precision with efficiency

This empowers practices to elevate treatment quality without logistical complexity.

Key benefits

  • Straightforward, Accurate Drilling Sequence
Builds on the proven 122 Taper Kit workflow, streamlining steps according to bone quality to reduce deviation risks.
  • Stabilized Drills with Dual Contact Guidance
The initial drill achieves up to 3 mm contact with the guide sleeve for precise insertion. The second drill maintains this stabilization within the osteotomy for enhanced accuracy.
  • Heat-Minimizing Drill Design
Efficient cutting reduces the number of steps required, lowering bone heating and preserving tissue integrity.
  • Intuitive Digital Workflow
Supports data input from CT or intraoral scans, followed by planning, template design, and 3D printing—bridging digital planning with in-clinic execution.
  • Sleeve Options for Clinical Flexibility
Templates are available with open or closed sleeves to accommodate different clinical situations, including limited posterior access.

Prevents Bone Heating

  • Due to the drill design, the cutting power has improved which leads to a shorter drilling sequence. Low temperature and prevention of bone heating is maintained by the high-speed drilling.

Precise surgery with stabilized drills

  • Maximizes stability due to the 3mm initial contact of the drill barrel and the
surgical guide sleeve, which also decreases the chance of mechanical deviation.
  • The osteotomy presents a tapered shape similarly to the initial drill, after its use. This performs as a second contact to stabilize the drill.

Closed Guide

With the side open, it's possible to implant the 7th tooth without an intermaxillary space limit

  • As the drill is inserted through the side window according to the patient’s oral status, it’s possible to perfectly overcome intermaxillary space limitations
  • Required intermaxillary space: OneGuide – 36 mm, Conventional guide – 51 mm

  • Available to choose open or closed if required

Simple & accurate drilling sequence

The complexity of drilling sequences may result in implant deviation and unexpected errors as the procedure progresses.

  • By adapting the 122 Taper Kit drilling sequence,
the OneGuide drilling sequence simplifies the surgical procedure
    depending on the bone quality
