A scientific review committee, consisting of 5 experts, will review and evaluate all submitted ePoster abstracts for consideration in the ePoster exhibition. This group will also serve as jury for the oral ePoster presentations.

FAQ
Who can submit?
Dental students and young dentists are especially invited to apply. There is no age limit.
What topics are accepted?
Anything related to dental implants, including prosthetics, surgery, and digital workflows.
Which categories can I submit to?

- Dental-inspired Photoshoot
When does registration open?
The registration will open from 2nd of March 2026.
What is the submission deadline?
The subsmission deadline is the 31 July.
When will I get the result?
The jury review takes place within September and accepted submissions will be announced within September.
What happens if my submission is accepted?
You will be invited to present on-site (poster display and/or oral presentation) on 13–14 November.
You must complete the accepted registration by 15 October.
Where and when do presentations take place?
The presentation and Award Ceremony are both held during the Osstem Europe Meeting in Prague: 13–14 November.
Is there a poster template or format?
A new poster design/template is currently being prepared by the OIC Young Committee and will be shared soon.
